Rich biodiversity and cultural differences are part of the wonderland called Kerala. The Kerala tourism model always has something for everyone. If you are a cultural enthusiast, an adventure seeker, a nature enthusiast or having any type of hobby, your will certainly find options to enjoy that to the fullest.

To walk through the rich marine and natural vegetative biodiversity, a ride through the numerous lagoons, lakes and the backwaters will give you a first impression of the immense range of different varieties of plant and animal life. A stay in the houseboat will offer a different experience. Even when riding in the houseboat your strained nerves will be set right by the wide varieties of different massage options. Sunbathers and stargazers will never be disappointed because the houseboats allow rooftop travel as well.

ut through a mix of song, action and dance. Certain other cultural forms allow the participation of both men and women.

Another interesting experience not available anywhere else is the ‘elephant ride’. You can ride in all majesty atop the largest living animal on earth. Even though the African elephant is larger in size than an Indian elephant, it is not easily domesticated. On the other hand the Indian elephant is a docile animal willing to obey any diktat from its master. A major part of the forests in Kerala have survived because by using these huge animals logging could be done without damaging the immediate environment by the use of heavy logging machinery. Logging is a destructive affair in many other parts of the world.

Unique awe inspiring sights await a budding visitor, and the camera lenses will have to work overtime in this ‘God’s Own Country’. A tourism brochure can only give a minor view whereas the real truth can be experienced only through a personal visit.

I am not sure why Bobby decided to post this on a tourism web site dedicated to Pemrokeshire? However maybe he would be willing to add some contact and more detail to his report. That way he may well attract some people from here to visit.
